This is an example application written to demonstrate what is possible with the new GitHub Git Data API and GitHub OAuth2 services. This app allows you to login as your GitHub user and edit and commit groups of files through a virtual terminal.
Currently, you can:
cdinto any project and branch and
lsas if it were a directory.
Caution: this app will ask you to allow write access to your private repositories. Though the tokens are not kept anywhere except your cookies, if you don't want this, do not allow it or use the app. This also means that you can edit files and make commits directly to your GitHub repositories - it will actually do it, it is not pretend or a test. If you just want to play, don't write test changes to meaningful repositories.
To try it, click on 'Login On GitHub' at the top of the page.
